Are you ready to gain experience in Service Management Operations?

Reporting to the Head of the Service Management Office, the SMO Analyst will be working on Service Requests that can come from internal or external sources. The Analyst will be working with multiple 3rd parties and will require a keen eye for details while working to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)

Tickets will be updated and managed by the SMO Analyst throughout the lifecycle. SMO Analysts will be expected to ensure that the Service Request is reportable by confirming to the Minimum Data Set Requirements, but also escalating issues in a timely manner where applicable.

They will also be some involvement in the onboarding of new processes within the Service Management Office, working with project managers to learn the fundamentals of project management while supporting them on projects

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demand
- Solid knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- An understanding of working within an ITIL framework

**Benefits**

Base salary of 10,700 ZAR monthly.
