**Key Performance Areas / Duties**
- Implementation of Stakeholder Management Plan for government stakeholders.
- Implementation of MoU’s with identified stakeholders.
- Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders.
- Implement cross border road transport agreements.
- Facilitate workshops, forums and conferences.
- Border Management structures’ participation.
- Stakeholder relationship management.
- Reporting.
- Perform administrative duties.
**Technical Competencies**
- Knowledge of Cross-Board Road Transport Act.
- Understanding SADC Political and economic environment.
- Knowledge of SADC protocols and communication channels
- Understanding of the border environment operations
- Stakeholder relations, principles and management
- Ability to communicate (written and oral) at operational level
**Minimum formal qualifications**:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- National Diploma/ bachelor's degree Tertiary qualification in transport related discipline or Public Administration or equivalent.
**BENEFITS**:
Employer offers an all-inclusive remuneration package of R84 000 p.a.
