- **Super user in Excel**:

- **Own vehicle and valid driver’s license**.
- **Warehouse management** and or **Vehicle Tracking systems** experience
- VTS - **C-Track; Odics; Route Sam**

**DUTIES**:
**Operations**:

- Meeting of all customer SLAs
- **Retain and grow business in Automotive**

**Client Relationships**:

- Client interaction and issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction

**Commercial / Financial**:

- **Monthly invoicing and on time payment by client**:

- **Responsible for GL and Accounting queries**

**Operational Performance**:

- Managing daily operational performance
- Delivering on client and internal CIP requirements and driving lean culture

**People Management**:

- Resolution of all IR issues in conjunction with HRM
- Coaching and mentoring of team to achieve client objectives

**Client Expectations**:

- Monthly KPI dashboard consolidation and reporting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation and tracking
