Property Manager

**We are seeking a Property Manager: Regional for a 5-year contract based in Mthatha, Eastern Cape.**

**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:

- **Bachelor of Commerce, Civil Engineering or Architecture**
***:

- **5 years experience in property management industry of which at least 3 years must be at a supervisory level**
***:

- **In-depth understanding of business management, legal aspects, financial management & maintenance within the property sector**
***

**The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:
***
- **Compliance / governance - implement property leasing / facilities management strategy and framework, provide input into improvement of policy and procedures, enhance the implementation of business processes**
***:

- **Asset management - review / approve payments, manage/coordinate campaigns, implement deed of sale contracts and liaise with attorneys**
***:
***:

- **Infrastructure / facilities management - implement regional maintenance plans, identify requirements, and facilitate regular property inspections**
***:

- **Stakeholder management - liaison with representatives, tenants, organized business structures and funding representatives**
***:

- **Monitoring / reporting - compile monthly regional reports**
***:

- **People management - performance management, training and development and implement disciplinary action**
***
