Medical Aid rate based on principal member only)- To be confirmed- Advert Closing Date- 1/12/2023- Job Purpose- Operationally manage, support and drive all Talent Acquisition activities, interventions and programmes, including Senior Management Appointments, in line with the Human Capital and Talent Management Strategies which are strategically aligned to the University’s Strategy, Vision and Mission
- Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience- BTech in Human Resources Management or equivalent in a related field
- At least six (6) years’ experience in recruitment - either in a generalist HR environment or in a specialized recruitment environment
- Relevant experience in Higher education is recommended

- Manage and support the talent acquisition /recruitment process
- Development of Talent acquisition Metrics

- Support the new hire process and onboarding
- Governance, risk, Policy implementation and legislative compliance
- General Administration and reporting
- Filling and Advertising of vacant positions
- Internal/External Liaison
- Record keeping

- Demonstrable experience of effective oral and written communication skills
