- Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience- BTech in Human Resources Management or equivalent in a related field
- At least six (6) years’ experience in recruitment - either in a generalist HR environment or in a specialized recruitment environment
- Relevant experience in Higher education is recommended
- Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities- Talent Acquisition Process
- Manage and support the talent acquisition /recruitment process
- Development of Talent acquisition Metrics
- People supervision/ management
- HC Team Support
- Support the new hire process and onboarding
- Governance, risk, Policy implementation and legislative compliance
- General Administration and reporting
- Filling and Advertising of vacant positions
- Internal/External Liaison
- Record keeping
- Competencies- Detail-oriented, analytic, and energetic
- Demonstrable experience of effective oral and written communication skills
- Supervisory skills
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple projects
- Innovative and creative
- Time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Demonstrable experience in designing and executing talent acquisition and management processes and programs
- Applied knowledge of Applicant sourcing and Tracking Systems
