**KITCHEN ASSISTANT**
Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
Must live within a reasonable travelling distance
Must be able to work as a team and be reliable, punctual

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Prepare products as per the Company product manual.
- Prep items as and when required by Kitchen Supervisor.
- Cleaning dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Complete production charts and checklists daily
- Practice “Clean as You Go” at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store.

**Skills Required**:

- The ability to listen to and understand information.
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying and asking questions as appropriate.
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Table View, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- kitchen: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- permit for foreigners (required)
