Versatile and dynamic Duty Manager needed for an intimate 5* Safari Lodge in Madikwe.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in Guest relations or Front Of House within a 4/5
- safari environment (Essential)
- Hospitality related education (Beneficial)
- Proven Guest relations skills
- True passion for hospitality with strong customer service orientation and excellent people skills.
- Computer Literate
- Microsoft suite, POS systems, reservation systems etc
- Excellent Office and admin abilities
- Good staff control and can delegate tasks for a smooth shift.
- Excellent understanding of all departments in a high end lodge
- Especially housekeeping and F&B-be hands on with room checks, service, etc and must be willing to help with admin duties associated with these departments
- eg HR, rosters, stock control etc
- Understands all aspects of reception duties and can trouble shoot from the front line-On point for check in and check outs
- Organised and Detail oriented
- Flexible and willing to help and learn in all areas of the business
- Good understanding of Back of House Admin
- i.e stock control, variances, wastage etc.
- Responsible, with sober habits
- Professional and well groomed
- Enthusiastic, friendly and hands on
