**Sales Administrator**

A well-established Company requires an experienced, well presented, friendly, fully bilingual, reliable and hardworking individual who can handle pressure.

Responsibilities / Key Performance Areas:

- Handling of all inbound sales queries and orders
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Data capturing onto internal computer system
- Quotes to existing and potential clients
- Informing clients of stock availability, stock alternatives and lead times
- Accurate invoicing to clients
- Expediting orders through internal liaison
- Time management and delivering timeous responses to customer’s requests are crucial
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if required.

**Requirements**:
This position requires someone to look after our client base, answer calls and process orders timeously.
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Extensive computer literacy skills such as Excel, Outlook, Omni (advantageous)
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Afrikaans and English
- Must be organised, great attention to detail and have a pro-active attitude
- Ability to understand the FMCG trade
- Reliable transport to and from work

This position is available immediately.

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bottelary, Western Cape: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 3 years (preferred)
