There is a position available in Woodmead for an experienced Inland Logistics Supervisor.

Expected duties: Supervising a team of Stock and Tracking Controllers. Controlling of all Cargo Inland movements. Handling and resolution of all Incidents. Follow up of Insurance claims till resolution. Managing of the LSP’s re-bagging requests. Liaise closely with AHK on all abnormal offloading’s. Consolidated, on time reporting of all stock movements, from loading at the mine, till shipped aboard. Controlling of Warehouse Storage costs and ensure costs are available for immediate retrieval. Arrange Quarterly Stock takes and reporting thereof. Identify any stock inconsistencies by matching the warehouse data with our own data. Predict stock available for future sailings. Analysis of transit time from dispatch to arrival warehouse to be done on all routes. Provide Warehouse detail to buyers for the forthcoming month. Build and maintain relationships with all Service Providers

Basic salary on offer: R 28 000.00 to R 40 000.00 negotiable with benefits to be discussed.
