Vacancy Details

Main duties will include, but not be limited to the following operations
- Setting & programming of CNC machines ( Fanuc & Fagor )
- Loading programmes onto the CNC machines
- Operating of CNC machines
- Ensure that machine has been tooled up correctly
- Inspect first off samples
- Spot-checks to be done regularly
- Machine soft jaws
- Assess and verify accurate quantities with operators, Job card vs. Kit issue
- Maintain good housekeeping

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Qualified Artisan
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on setting a CNC machine
- Ability to read technical drawings essential
- Ability to communicate, understand, read and write English
- Must be punctual (essential)
