**Operations**
- Ensures logistics services in Inventory Management and the accuracy to set KPI’s to customers in accordance with contractual obligations, rules, regulations, and internal procedures, monitors the implementation and timely intervention and/or escalation by account
- and client management if needed and evaluates Inventory performance
- Customers are served efficiently and effectively at the lowest cost

**Process improvement**
- Signals possibilities for improvement and standardization of Inventory working processes and procedures and executes these improvements (after approval)
- Effective working processes and procedures enabling business improvement

**Reporting**
- Provides insights at request or at own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad hoc (Site) Inventory reports / analyses
- Management information enables the management, specialists and/or other stakeholders to make (timely) decisions and determine or adjust operational strategy

**Stakeholder Management**
- Builds and maintains constructive work relations with relevant stakeholders of the Site (e.g. Operational Representatives of Customers, Authorities, Suppliers, Auditors, Consulting Services)
- Sustainable relations which contribute to the realization of the site goals and promote effective collaboration

**People Management**
- Manages, coaches, evaluates, and develops employees within the Inventory department and enables cross functional collaboration, both in line with HR policy
- Employees are available, skilled (quantitative and qualitative) and motivated to realize department objectives and cross functional collaboration**Inherent Requirements**

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Matric or equivalent of Senior certification
- Tertiary qualifications in Inventory Management / Warehouse Management / Supply Chain Management - Preferably on a Bachelor level
- 8 years’ experience in Inventory Management specifically

**Skills**
- The ability to follow precise instructions
- High operational ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High service orientation
- The ability to exceed people’s expectations
- The ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Good judgement ability
