Join our team as a **Registered Nurse in the Oncology/Day Infusion unit**, where you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalised care to our client's patients throughout their treatment journey. This is a permanent position based in a fabulous hospital in sought-after Melbourne, offering a competitive salary range of AUD66114.88 - AUD93382.64.
- Provide holistic nursing care to oncology patients during their infusion therapy, ensuring the highest level of comfort and support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Utilize your expertise to educate patients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge and resources to manage their treatment and recovery effectively.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse qualification, with a genuine passion for oncology nursing.
- Demonstrated experience in an oncology or infusion setting, delivering top-quality patient care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong relationships with patients and their families.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care at all times.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current with the latest advancements in oncology nursing practice.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Postgraduate qualification in Oncology Nursing (highly desirable).
