Horticulturalist

Vivo Group, a South African based private company is looking for Contracts Manager & Site Manager for fixed term contract of 5 Years.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage & Lead a on-site Team on 35 employees.
- Responsible for monitoring of daily onsite Cleaning & Clearing Services.
- Ensure staff carry-out daily Cleaning & Clearing task as allocated.
- Manage Daily Timesheet & Register.
- Responsible for liaising with Vivo Group client.
- Draft reports when required.

**Experience**
- +3 Years as a Team Lead/Manager
- Contract Management experience.
- Excellent planning skills.
- The capacity to coordinate and manage your task.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to work as a team and utilize your initiative.
- Management abilities and business awareness.
- Financial awareness.

**Education/Qualifications**
- 5 + Years Experience Managing onsite field
- Grade 12 / Matric
- **A Diploma in Botany, Plant science, or Horticulturist - Compulsory**
- Formal Training on Alien Vegetation Identification - Advantageous.
