**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**

**Store Controls and Management**
- Ensure the Kiosk is fully operational at the opening hour every morning.
- Be ready and in place to meet and assist customers.
- Drive sales to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
- Assist fellow colleagues during busy periods and stand in for them during breaks and during periods of absence.
- Maintenance of the merchandise sections, kiosk promotions, signage and displays, collateral, POS material and pricing strategies according to current guidelines and timelines.
- Ensure the kiosk is clean and tidy always.
- Implement all required kiosk processes
- Compile performance reports as required

**Stock Control**
- Ensure effective stock control and loss prevention practices.
- Ensure the correct quantities are ordered timeously to meet customer demands and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure orders are placed with sufficient lead-time for the products to arrive at the kiosk before stock shortages are experienced.
- Receive deliveries according to the procedure.
- Check that deliveries are correct, as per purchase order and that all stock is received in a good condition.
- Conduct spot checks on boxed items to ensure that they are in a good condition.
- Check all quantities and calculations on invoices and delivery notes for accuracy and required adjustments before goods are signed for.
- Conduct physical stock takes as required.

**Customer Service**
- Assist Customers in the most professional and effective manner.
- Ensure the implementation of customer service-related best practice in conjunction with the company practice and service providers.
- Ensure that the walk-in customer service offered is of the highest standard.
- Assist with the escalated customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved satisfactory and timeously.
- Identify report and resolve and control failings affecting customer service.

**Field Sales**
- Selling and activating sim cards
- Approaching and convince new customers
- Ensuring that you meet sales targets.
- selling airtime to customers

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric
- Sales or Customer Service Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years in a retail sales environment preferably in the telecoms industry.
- Cellular product and service knowledge is preferable.
