Cctv Controller

Duties and responsibilities:

- Check that all security and cleaning personnel are posted & monitor continuously.
- Check that car guards are posted.
- Monitor all queues at the centres during SASSA pay-outs and report problems to management.
- Monitor traffic flow in and out of the centre and report any serious congestion to management.
- Monitor the parking areas for any traffic incidents and any other issues.
- Check for large trucks and busses in the parking area and report same to management.
- Check for vehicles that are left in the parking area overnight.
- Monitor for people loitering on site and report this to management.
- Monitor for vagrants/beggars at the centres and report to management.
- Keep detailed records on all incidents that have occurred.
- Check that all lights are on in the evening and that all lights are off during the day.
- Check that gates are opened at the correct times and closed at the correct times.
- Check all equipment & report any faulty equipment to management.
- Ensure that all security personnel conduct their regular patrols and that they are visible & keep records.
- Report all incidents to management.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Plattekloof, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CCTV Control room: 2 years (preferred)
