Junior Property Coordinator

One of my clients in the property industry is urgently looking for a strong, suitable qualified and experienced Junior Property Coordinator for one of its Residential Property based in Cape Town.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Lease management for all new tenants
- Ensure all new tenants are screened thoroughly and all relevant documentation is collected prior to moving in
- Creating and maintaining databases including landlord details, account details, housekeeping, contractors, etc
- Lease with tenants to ensure rental is paid timeously
- Ensure monthly reconciliation report is submitted to Property Manager timeously
- Providing support with all maintenance and repairs
- Preparation of non-payment breach letters and admin support of evictions
- Collection of outstanding rent

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Matric
- Certificate/Diploma in Facilities Management, Property Management, Project Management, Finance Management or Contract Management
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Property Administrator, including contract administration, financial administration and budgeting experience
- Supervisory experience (advantageous)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Package
- No criminal record
- Must be available immediately
- Willing to relocate to Cape Town

- Ability to maintain a high level of sensitivity to client and tenants needs

**Salary**

Between R7000 to R9000 per month, depending on experience
