Recommend changes to be made to the Setup Technician through use of CA
- Support customer care associates, offering guidance and clinical support as needed including communication with patients and doctors
- Review treatment plans and diagnostic information for appropriateness and accuracy, prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for final approval
- Assist with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer financial information.

Recent clinical experiece is vital
- Valid HPCSA Registration
- Recognised Qualification in Dentistry or Dental Assistance
- 1 year or more of clinical chair-side experience required
- English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication, conversation and active listening skills
- Experience with clear aligner treatment is a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Typing skills of 45+ Word Per Minute(a plus)
- Progressive, business-minded professional who wants a non-clinical position in the dental industry
