JOB SUMMARY

The Consulting Senior Manager role will be expected to:

- Support the Consulting Business Unit in driving and implementing its strategy, enhancing its revenue generation, and growing the business. Additionally, will be required to support various business processes teams (such as P2P, O2C, R2R and H2R, etc) in the delivery of Business Transformation for clients using Business Process management (BPM) and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) methods whilst leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics and other BPM and BPR enablers.
- Support the Outsourcing Business Unit to develop clients’ value propositions for outsourcing services through shared services outsourcing advisory
- Prepares and contributes to the design of client workshops. Act as strategic advisor to clients, constantly transferring knowledge to them.
- Contributes to business development for the Consulting Business Unit, expertly advising and influencing the management team with regards to value added opportunities and risks. Provides coordination of solution development, pricing model and sales strategy.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

General
- Responsible for complex systems process analysis, design and simulation. Has high level understanding of organisations’ business systems and industry requirements.
- Focus is on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to current and future business environments.
- Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating those changes to business system teams.
- Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
- Provide senior management leadership in overseeing the incorporation of Automation, in its various (incl.RPA), and Data Management and Analytics Principles into the Organisation’s core solutions/ service offerings.
- Drive excellence and innovation, by ensuring the organisation is kept abreast of new trends in Business Transformation through business process solutions (including trends on skills, methods and technology) and incorporating these to existing clients and opportunities.

Senior management leadership
- Ensure adequate up-front planning and cross team, cross discipline consultation and coordination with a view to consistently achieve delivery targets.
- Instill the desired behaviour of teamwork, passion, commitment and innovation through example

Business Transformation
- Drives conversation around business transformation at the C Suite at clients
- Understanding the business objectives and building it into the technology roadmap to enable the realization of the client organization’s vision

Project Management
- Consults with other Business Unit L senior management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of resources.
- Develops project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources.
- Identifies risks and provide solutions to ensure that projects are completed within specified timeframes.

GENERAL COMPETENCIES
- Has experience in and strong working knowledge of digital, transformation methodologies and approaches and technology.
- Builds peer-to-peer relationships with vendor employees involved in developing or supporting products; Also builds relationships with subcontractor/offshore resources as appropriate.
- Creates solutions designs for complex functional and technical requirements, following key engineering principles to achieve expected results.
- Maps the client's business processes, organisation, and technology to the new solutions; Identifies gaps based on experience and recommended practices.

**QUALIFICATION** &**EXPERIENCE**

**Minimum Qualifications** Degree in IT / CA **Desired Qualifications** MBA or equivalent (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc) **Minimum Experience** 6+ years working experience in Core Competency areas below **Desired Experience** 5 years in a senior management role. Private Sector or Big SOE experience an advantage
