**POSITION**:Contract until December 2025

**COMMENCEMENT**:As soon as possible

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**
- South African citizens/residents are preferred.
- Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
- ITIL certification (advantageous)
- Minimum of 8 years IT working experience
- ITIL process knowledge and work experience (required)
- Minimum 6 years experience in an SAP Operations environment

- Experience across all SAP modules (SD, VMS, MM & FI)

**ROLE**:

- We work in a DevOps team.
- The tasks consist of, among other things.
- Initial work will be in support of the Project team.
- Close co-ordination with the team to make go lives safe and successful.
- Following up on incident tickets to make long term improvement, as well as actively providing suggestions to reduce the number of problem tickets.
- Proactive improvements in daily IT operations.
