**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Typing
Formatting of legal/Estate documents
Handling Estates files from receipt of instruction until finalisation
Drafting and placing statutory advertisements
Attending to written and verbal queries
Reporting to partner
General Admin duties
Ad hoc administrative and reception duties when called upon

Matric
At least 3 years’ experience in an Estates support position
Ability to handle Estates from receipt of instruction until finalisation
Excellent command of the English language - verbal and in writing - with formatting and grammar accuracy
