**Job Advert Summary**:
Responsible for managing and executing the Pick n Pay General Merchandise Visual merchandising processes. Responsible for driving sales, display strategies.
Deliver profitable & sustainable departmental growth by buying a balanced product range that meets and exceeds customer expectations within the agreed KPIs.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
To create, develop and implement all visual merchandising plans and strategies in collaboration with relavant stakeholders.
To assist and lead the design of in-store visual displays in support of the organisations sales objectives.
To create effective displays and shopping experience to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Visits store locations nationally to communicate merchandising strategy and ensure quality of display implementation.
Work closely with the Visual Merchandise team in implementation and execution at store level.
Transfer skills and knowledge for country wide execution to exceed customer expectations.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders in developing visual merchandising strategies that will emphasise customer journey and experience
**Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree |Relevant Diploma
4 - 6 years in similar role in a General Merchandise - Retail background
Must be computer literate - PowerPoint Advance level
Experience in Visual Merchandising in retail
Good communication skills to transfer knowledge and train and mentor others
