Call Center Supervisor

_**Job Description **_
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Managing day-to-day activities of Call Centre team.
- Weekly meetings with the team.
- Compilation of weekly and monthly reports and rosters.
- Handle inbound calls from hospitals, Doctors, nurses, phlebotomists, specialists etc.
- Answering/replying to client queries.
- Maintain good client relations with external clients.
- Serve as a liaison between site staff and Lab.
- Ensure messages are distributed to the correct staff members.
- Assist with the switchboard functions to correctly refer clients.
- Data capturing of patient requests.
- Contact clients for all compromised specimens.
- Comply to daily check lists.
- Disinfect work area and complete decontamination log.
- Ensuring adequate cover for leave at all times.
- Adhoc duties (to assist with receiving, capturing and demo checking if required)
- **Requirements**:_
- Willing to work shift duties, weekend work and public holidays.
- Attention to detail.
- Own reliable transport
- Matric (tertiary education advantageous)
- Computer proficiency (Excel,word and power point)
- Customer management skills
- Experience within the call centre department

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
