Logistics Operator/clerk

**Duties**:

- Data entry of quotes in client online systems & internal ERP
- review of supplier proposals including control units and conformity to client requirements
- verification of the currency to be used
- transmission of quotes to the manager
- uploading to relevant systems for submission on approval
- Validation of client orders on receipt
- Processing of orders to invoicing for suppliers & clients alike on ERP

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications:

- Knowledge of international trade terms
- Matric/Grade 12
- Language: Fluent English and French will be an advantage
- IT competencies: Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. ERP system
- Ability to work independently and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Organized, reactive, thorough and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills, interpretation and capacity for initiative
- Looking to grow within an international group of companies

Experience needed:
Experience in logistics; Solid Administration experience.

Minimum of grade 12/matric

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R13,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodstock, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- logistics and supply chain: 2 years (required)
- administration of shipping/maritime industry: 1 year (preferred)
