- REQUIREMENTS:

- The Head of Security should have a background in security management, law enforcement, or a related field and possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

DUTIES:

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of the company's assets, employees, and facilities.
- Oversee the day-to-day security operations, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response planning.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Manage security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of security technologies, systems, and practices, and ensure their effective implementation in the company.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and violations and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, customers, and local communities.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international security laws and regulations.
