Role Purpose:
To execute the vision and strategy for the success of the Multinational Consulting business.

To implement Group client strategy, oversee the management of key clients / portfolios, enable the achievement of Group budgets and targets, build and maintain lasting
relationships both internally and externally, managing the service delivery of Group business units for key clients and driving the value proposition aligned with global partners.

Education and Experience
Undergraduate or post-graduate degree with relevant professional
qualification
- 7 -10 years’ experience, 5 of which must be client servicing, consulting or managing a portfolio of clients

Business understanding:
Thorough understanding of the strategic and operational requirements of the business

Commercial and business acumen to manage a portfolio of key multinational client accounts

Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions

3. Key Client Management
- Implement Pan Africa and Multinational client strategy for a portfolio of clients
- Manage a portfolio of key pan Africa Multinational client accounts
- Implement service delivery - client plans, Group client profitability, future value,

servicing requirements
- Develop, contribute to and implement Multinational Consulting value proposition

internally and externally
- Management and ensuring service delivery of Group business units to portfolio of

key Multinational clients
- Set and implement client strategy for portfolio of key pan Africa Multinational

clients
- Undertake the day to pay planning and management of the key pan Africa

Multinational clients and plans
- Ensure the formulation and implementation of Multinational client business plans
- Ensure that opportunities for development of the business are identified and

executed
- Direct contribution to the attainment of business client solution objectives
- Manage and plan the expansion of key pan Africa and Multinational client accounts

on a long term basis
- Develop and communicate value proposition and offering
- Collaboration with Group business units

4. Business Development
- Implement retention and acquisition business strategy for portfolio of key pan
