RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day to day operations of industrial kitchen and logistics

Food preparation & meal planning for 160 adults with disabilities

Manage dietary requirements of disabled residents

Ensure food served is of high quality

Supervision in dining rooms & serving of food

Supervision of kitchen operations

Ensure cleanliness and higienie of kitchens & dining rooms

Ensure equipment is in working condition at all times

Sorting of food donations and storage

Open communication with kitchen staff at all times

Collection of food donations

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Matric Certificate

Food Safety and Hygiene qualification

Valid Code B (8) drivers license is required

Computer literacy - Google Workspace
