**Requirements**:

- Relevant Bookkeeping qualification
- Systems knowledge: Pastel, Xero, Microsoft Suite
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Previous experience in the hospitality environment - advantageous

Description
- Responsible for the debtor’s function
- Cashbook and night audit
- Trial balance functionality
- Support the finance team as and when required
- Capture daily deposits of EFTs onto Travelyst
- Capture invoices
- Noting all deposits on bank statement
- Check Peach payments flow through to Travelyst and onto bank statement
- Request any Peach refunds, on the chance that a refund is required to guests
- Manage the processing of payments onto house accounts, as and when they occur
- Overall management of ad-hoc customer deposit/refund queries from the lodges
