- The Integrated Scheduler role is responsible for ensuring that the production and maintenance schedule simulation is integrated to deliver the outcomes of the Routine Operating Schedule (ROS) in line with Operating Model principles. To deliver the requirements for every approved work package is simulated to demonstrate the simulated outcome.

The Integrated Scheduler is responsible to integrate the different schedules from all the departments within the Operation into one master schedule taking care of conflicts and synergies on into consideration and optimising the schedule accordingly.

The outcome of the simulation will be communicated to optimize the OMS (Operating Master Schedule).

**Job Description**:

- You day to day activities will include (but not limited to):

- Develop integrated schedules with a view of a yearly, five yearly period (processing and maintenance) to safely, efficiently and cost effectively meet short term production objectives.
- Develop and simulate alternative strategies as and when required.
- Develop and simulate scenario’s for review,
- Develop the OMS data as impot into the DOP process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and asset optimisation initiatives to enhance processing processes.
- Ensure that the expenditure remains within the approved budget to ensure effective cost control and savings.
- Manage a safe and healthy work environment where workers and contractors can deliver their outputs within a controlled risk environment
- Qualifications
- Matric
- Successfully completed all Scheduler training modules, or equivalent (SAP)
- Valid driver’s Licence code B

**Experience**
- 5 years Operational experience in a Processing/Mining Operation with at least 3 years at a Supervisory level
- Simulation programming in the Mining environment will be essential.

**Knowledge and skills**
- Must be computer literate, advance.
- Value stream mapping.
- Knowledge and understanding of legal and safety compliance of plant requirements and schedules
- Understand the full spectrum of the entire operation and the interdependencies between the different processing units
- Understands the processing plant lifecycle, value chain and impact of processing activities on business and operational performance.
- Ability to drive the development of optimal schedules that incorporate social, production, processing, maintenance, metallurgical and economic information
