**Job Description: The employee will be responsible for**:
1. Assistance with the creditors function in the business

2. Assistance with the debtors function in the business

3. Assistance with the cashbook function in the business

4. Assistance with the financial reporting function

5. Assistance with business statutory commitments and making sure commitments are met.

6. Work within the finance function of the business

7. Assist operations with certain financial admin when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1. No Experience required

2. Strong administrative ability

3. Ability to implement processes

4. Good communication ability

5. Enjoy practical work

6. Able to work quickly and methodically

7. Good organizational skills

8. Good teamwork skills

9. Basic computer skills

10. A safety-conscious attitude to your work

11. Valid South African drivers’ license

12. Clear criminal record

14. Good reporting abilities

15. Punctual

16. Dependable

18. Matric

19. Must have complete academic studies/theoretical studies

**Salary Bracket (BIBC Rate)**:R6 000.00 p/month
