Spray Painter

Are you a skilled and experienced spray painter, technician, and detailer with a passion for vehicles? Our reputable automotive body shop is currently seeking qualified professionals to join our team. As a spray painter, technician, and detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring the complete process from preparation to the finishing touches on vehicle paintwork, making them shine like new. Experience with water-based paints is a distinct advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare vehicles for painting by performing necessary repairs, surface cleaning, and sanding.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired shade and ensure accurate color matching.
- Operate various tools and equipment, such as spray guns, sanding machines, and paint booths, with accuracy and precision.
- Utilize your technical skills to identify and repair any imperfections in the paintwork, such as drips, sags, or uneven surfaces.
- Perform detailing tasks, including waxing, polishing, and buffing, to enhance the overall appearance of the vehicles.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a spray painter, technician, and detailer in an automotive body shop or similar setting.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the complete process from preparation to finishing.
- Proven ability to work with water-based paints is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in operating spray guns, sanding machines, and other relevant tools and equipment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to withstand long hours on your feet.
- Excellent time management skills, ensuring that projects are completed within deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to automotive painting and detailing.
