Virtual Travel Agent

**Role At a Glance**
MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking highly experienced Virtual Travel Agents to join our remote services team. Joining our USA based business, you will be focusing on the tourism and hospitality industry, providing on demand responses and solutions. This role is an in office role. The role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (1pm-11pm daylight savings dependent).

**Main Tasks**

Scheduling Flights
Inbound Calls
Outbound Calls
Accurately overseeing a dashboard of active clients
Relaying of vital information to your team
Maintaining and developing relationships with our client and their customers
Inputting complex data to create complete and detailed reports
Storing and securing of client data

Computer proficiency
Proven experience as a virtual flight scheduling administrator
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to write clear and detailed reports
Strong ability to multi-task
High attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer Care: 1 year (preferred)
- Flight Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- Travel / Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
