**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung und Protokollierung von Fehlermeldungen und technischen Fragen sowie für die Analyse möglicher Problemursachen.
- Sie leisten vor Ort Unterstützung bei der Lösung von 1st
- und 2nd-Level-Support-Problemen und leiten diese gegebenenfalls an die zuständigen internationalen Teams weiter.
- Sie unterstützen die Endbenutzer bei einer Vielzahl von IT-Problemen, z. B. in den Bereichen Meeting Collaboration und Digital Genius.
- Sie beschaffen, katalogisieren und installieren IT-Hardware und weisen die Endanwender ein.
- Sie beteiligen sich aktiv an IT-Projekten wie Rollouts, Migrationen, Umzügen oder unterstützen bei Veranstaltungen.

**Ihr Profil**
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z.B. als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Wir freuen uns auch über Bewerbungen von Fachkräften anderer Disziplinen mit IT-Affinität.
- Sie haben praktische Erfahrungen im IT-Support und im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen (vorzugsweise ServiceNow).
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit Windows 10/11, Microsoft365 und Active Directory und können Support für diese Anwendungen leisten.
- Außerdem haben Sie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Netzwerk
- und Serverinfrastrukturen.
- Sie haben ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden und sind ein ausgezeichneter Kommunikator.
- Sie sind hoch motiviert und können sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team arbeiten.
- Sie sind flexibel und bereit, gelegentlich auf Geschäftsreisen zu gehen.
- Sie sprechen und schreiben fließend Englisch.
