Guest Experience Ambassador

Huis Te Merwede, situated in the beautiful Breedekloof Valley, Rawsonville, is looking for a Guest Experience Ambassador to join their team.

The Guest Experience Ambassador - a hands-on position, and all-rounder in the hospitality field that reports to the Facility Manager and is responsible for the smooth and successful operation of the Tea Room, Kitchen and associated outdoor spaces. He/She will lead the team in helping guests feel special and at home, serve wholesome baked treats, quality teas as well other relevant offerings and meeting the presentation style and quality commitment of the brand.

**Essential qualifications, skills, and experience**:

- Matric required, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in either kitchen management/chef/baking/hospitality;
- Light treats, cakes or general baking skills will be a strong advantage;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Afrikaans;
- Driver’s license and reliable own transport;
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends as required.
