**Spa Manager**

**Location: Lagoon Beach, Minerton**

**Salary: Basic: R 18 000, Commission and performance based incentive.**

**Well known spa brand is looking for a dynamic, motivated spa manager for their beautiful property.**

**Duties**:
**Manage and motivate spa staff**

**Stock management**

**Ensure guest experience is at a 5 star level**

**Ensure SOP are adhered to**

**Staff schedule/rostering**

**Thorough knowledge in spa treatments and services**

**Requirements**:
**Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC**

**Minimum 2 years in a Spa Management role**

**Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel**

**ESP experience an advantage**

**Mature and responsible**

**Passionate and target driven**

**Well-groomed to present the brand**

**Strong verbal and written communication**

**Own reliable transport**

**Strong leadership skills**

**Flexible and available to work late shifts.**

**Working hours**:
**Shifts: 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, 11-8 (Mon - Sun, 2 weekends off per month)**

**Start date: 1st of March 2023**
