Letting Agent

This position is accountable for producing the following results in all properties falling under the position holder: marketing the property, tenant placement, tenant management and rental management.

**Marketing the Property**

Creation and placement of advertisements for the properties in all platforms.

**Vetting Prospects**

vetting all tenants before placement by following set procedures

**Tenant placement**

Ensuring all tenants have a signed and valid lease agreement.

Welcoming tenants on move-in day.

Unit hand-over

Move -in inspection

Move-out inspection

**Tenant Management**

Fostering relations that ensure that tenants stay for longer

**Rent Management**

Ensuring that tenants pay on time every time and that late payments are attended to urgently.

**Education**:
Property Practitioner Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)

PDE4 Successfully Completed

**Desired Experience**:
Computer Literacy

Understanding of the property market

Previous experience

**Package & Remuneration**

**Salary**: R6000 per month
