**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ Hospitality experience in a similar position
- Nightsbridge experience - Essential
- Knowledge of Online Booking Agents (Booking com etc.) platforms
- Quality focused
- Great communication skills, written and verbal (English & Afrikaans - Portuguese would be a great advantage)
- Energetic and friendly personality
- A positive and professional attitude
- Exceptional time management, communication skills, and customer service
- Meticulous attention to detail, proven administration and exceptional organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and problem solving

Description
- Manage rates and discount structures regularly on all platforms (Revenue management)
- Liaise with social media department regarding special offers
- Preparation and delivery of “Day Sheets” and “Check Out Forms” (operating info required in-house)
- Maintenance of a 2 monthly wall calendar with all bookings made
- Manage guest accounts until paid and final tax invoice completed and sent to guests if requested
- Pre-arrival information from guests (names, dinners, diet, eta, etc.)
- Pre-arrival WhatsApp sent with directions etc.
- Post departure communication with guests to prompt for reviews
- Write responses to reviews (Google, TripAdvisor, Booking com etc.)
- Be available to work after hours and weekends/ public holidays to manage the phone
- Pull monthly reports (Marketing, Payment recon, Extras, etc)

Package on offer
- Salary R8000 - R10 000, commission on offer
- Live Out position
