**Aluvent (Pty) Ltd,** a well-established company who prides themselves for their client service and support is looking for a dynamic **CRM Administrator and Planner** to join their team.
**Requirements for the position**:
- Must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- 2- year experience in a similar administrative role required
- 2 - years of experience in Client Services Management or Coordination
**Main areas of responsibility include but aren’t limited to**:
- Manufacturing and Installation planning per job
- Coordinating the planning with all relevant role-players
- Communicating the planning with Client including date changes
- Coordinating Client requests with internal staff to ensure proper and timeous feedback to Clients
- Feedback to Clients iro daily progress on site
- Ensure photo library of progress on work to Clients
- Work closely with Installations Supervisors and Operational Manager iro all actions pertaining to the Operational Department
- Managing our DAM (Digital Asset Management)
**Skills required for the position**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Excellent time management skills i.e. be able to prioritize tasks and have organizing skills
- Urgency to complete tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Administration skills
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 2 years (required)
- Client Services Management: 2 years (required)
