**_ Position Purpose:_**
- To ensure effective Working Capital Management through review, continuous monitoring and implementation of

improvements to business
- processes / systems thereby allowing for efficient management of debtors, creditors and stock within a challenging and

dynamic business

environment.
- Identifying existing and emerging risks, recommending treatment plans and monitoring progress of these treatment plans.

**_ Position outputs:_**

1. Working Capital Management
- Develop and rollout of working capital framework and procedures across the division including implementation and

management of business

processes around Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Stock to support the Cash Forecasting process.
- Interaction with the relevant stakeholders to discuss problem areas and make recommendations on improvement to existing

processes across
- the Division.
- Regular monitoring of progress on working capital management process, identifying solutions and mitigating potential risks.
- Monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation, analysis and interrogation of Division’s working capital, including year-end

forecasts
- Develop and enhance processes and procedures to enable TPT to meet Group’s Working Capital targets.
- Drive and co-ordinate meetings with Capital Projects and Capital Procurement to discuss capital payments ensuring the

timing of payments
- provide a favourable impact to working capital without impacting the business negatively.

2. Cash Management Forecasts
- Review, interrogation, consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly Divisional cash forecasts to Group Treasury
- Improve and enhance cash forecasting by reviewing Division’s Business Processes around source of information used for

cash forecasting in
- terms of Payments (Capex, Opex, Salary) and Receipts and identifying areas requiring improvement on and managing the

rollout of such

improvements / enhancements

3. Annual Budgeting process
- Computation of Division’s annual and monthly working capital budget
- Proactively engaging stakeholders to ensure working capital budget meets TPT’s and Group’s strategic objectives

4. Tracking & Monitoring actual working capital and cash against budgets and targets, providing reasons for deviation, and
- initiating and

implementing mitigation processes to address adverse variances.

5. Finance Risk
- Custodian of the Finance risk register, identifying existing and emerging risks and monitoring of treatment plans
- Analyse and Interrogate possible PFMA reportable items and make recommendations and proposals to Divisional Financial

Accountant on
- how to mitigate possible PFMA items.

6. Monthly Reporting
- Preparation of monthly working capital reports that form part of the TPT Exco Pack and Group’s Finco pack
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports which are submitted to Group Treasury

- 3 years working experience in a financial accounting environment.
