**Job Context**:
**SERVEST TROLLEYS, A DIVISION OF SERVEST HAS A VACANCY FOR A SUPERVISOR REPORTING TO THE CONTRACT MANAGER. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILA ROLE OR RETAIL ENVIROMENT. MUST RESIDE IN THE WESTERN CAPE REGION.**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- South African Citizen;
- Grade 12 qualification essential;
- Clear criminal record;
- Reside in Western Cape region;
- 2 Years work experience in a similar role or retail environment;
- Proven track record of multiple client contract management;
- Operationally minded;
- Computer Literate Outlook, Word & Excel (intermediate level);
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Deadline driven;
- Be able to multi-task;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Strong problem solving ability;
- Must have own transport

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Day to day deployment personnel of equipment and safeguarding of assets.
- Indicate unserviceable assets to the relevant stakeholders.
- Adherence and drive of relevant statutory and legislative regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, Operational Standards, Policies and Practices
- Managing Servest’s risk exposure through identifying, implementing and maintaining risk control measures to minimise the company’s liability and mitigating risk.
- Liaising and engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Engage and assist customers when so required.
- Monitor and supply resources to ensure operational need are met.
- Conducting trolley counts as required and report on stock levels and general operational constrains.
- Management of scorecard driven SLA always ensuring an above 85% compliance.
- Managing trolley losses and allocation to avoid risk to the business.
- Fleet Management ensuring all vehicle maintained as looked after. Weekly inspections required.
- Payroll Management ensuring posting is done timeously and accurately.
