**Senior Manager: Supply Chain Management (Government/Procurement)**:

**Requirements**:
- Business/law related post graduate qualification.Minimum 8 years supply chain management experience with 5 years middle management experience in the public sector (Schedule 3A public entity experience preferred).Excellent communication abilities.Expertise in evaluating and establishing controls.Strong analytical ability.Proficient in MS Office with a strong focus on Excel.
- Able to prioritise tasks within the confines of strict deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide SCM compliance and regulatory advice within the context of the public sector.Administer the bid committee functions and ensure that all regulatory and legislative requirements are met for tender processes.Manage the SCM compliance function.Manage the procurement function in its entirety and ensure that all policy, regulations, legislation and any other relevant prescripts are adhered to within the public sector context as is applicable to a schedule 3A public entity.Perform/co-ordinate demand and acquisition management functions.Monitor and report on SCM performance.Supervise SCM personnel and perform/arrange training where required.Black Pen Recruitment is the leading recruitment agency worldwide with headquarters based in
