**Requirements**:
Dairy Experience (2 - 3 years)

Must reside in the surrounding areas

Production Experience

2-3 Quality Assurance Experience

Willing to work shifts & weekends

Own transport

**Key Responsibilities**:
Compliance Officer-Dairy Products (Milk, Yogurt, Desserts etc.)

Verify that all Quality Assurance/Food Safety/Health & Safety Standards operating Procedures are observed

Ensure that staff are within relevant areas implement & implement current policies & procedures so that optimal standard of consumer food safety can be achieved
