SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER to CAMBODIA to a highly successful International Group-Owned Dealership that requires the services of a Dealer Principal

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Must have 5 to 10 years Dealer Principal experience with Volume Brands, within the Franchised Retail Motor Industry
- Managing Sales | Admin | Parts | Workshop Departments. Additional Autobody Management experience advantageous
- Extensive knowledge of the operational requirements for the Automotive Retail and OEM processes
- Managing a staff compliment of +- 200 members of staff
- Relevant Degree or Diploma advantageous
- Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment
- Strong, stable track record and contactable references
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Position requires relocation to Cambodia

**Salary Structure**:

- Package Remuneration in US Dollars
- Basic Salary Package | R120 000 to R180 000 | Negotiable based on experience
