My client in the construction and engineering industry is looking for an Estimator (SMP) to join their team in JHB. Must have completed degree in Engineering/ Construction Management or Quantity Surveying coupled with min 5 years technical experience with proven ability to develop professional tenders in Structural, Mechanical and Piping Projects. Required MS Office Suite proficiency with and CCS (Candy) experience.

You will be required to:

- Prepare Structural, Mechanical and Piping estimates as directed by the Regional EPC Proposals
- Developing cost models/plans & managing bids for design and build projects
- Scrutinise the overall accuracy of the materials take-off, bills of quantities and specifications issued by the engineering department
- Preparation of commercial adjudication of materials, equipment and subcontract quotations
