Sales Representative

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 is a requirement.
- A relevant qualification in Sales and Marketing will be advantageous.
- Experience within a retail environment will be advantageous.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Good organization skills.
- Excellent people skills and customer driven.
- Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Hardworking, honest and self-motivated.
- The ability to “get things done” and to think like an entrepreneur.
- Must be consistent and persistent in area of work.
- Effective persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel with own between towns.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Mainly focus on the NWK outlets selling Henwil products.
- Track sales activities and report back regarding progress made to meet sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure deliveries are made timeously and that selves are stocked sufficiently.
- Maintain, report on, and analyze the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing related tasks and projects.
- Assist where required to ensure good customer relations.
- Manage promotional and branded item inventory.
- Identifying new opportunities.
- Provide daily feedback on targets and goals.
- Logistic planning between the Abattoir and Retail.
- New business development for the DC.
