We are looking for an experienced Logistics and Fleet Administrator:

- **Responsibilities**
- Scheduling of weekly rosters
- Management of fleet by monitoring and reporting on car track
- Communicating with couriers on sample pick ups
- Filing of trip sheets
- Submitting monthly reports and stats to management
- Ensuring that vehicle service and maintenance is done on time
- Monitoring time management of couriers
- Be on standby especially in the case of an accident, to go to scene of accident.
- In case of emergency must be able to drive company vehicle and go on route

**Requirements**:

- **Must have valid Code 8 Drivers Licence and have 2 - 5 years driving experience**:

- **Must be highly computer literate especially in excel.**
