Site Manager/construction Supervisor

An EME with interests in the power generation sector is looking for experienced personnel with the below skills and qualification set:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mech, or Civil Engineering only)
- + 7 years experience in construction (civil/ mech), with 3 years at supervisory level
- Onsite experience civil/mechanical projects ( fuel stations, pipelines, sheds, structures etc).
- Must have experience in solving complex site technical issues, able to mana manage, drive productivity and meet deadlines, team management, report writing and progress reporting, coordinating quality control of works, quality documentation (QCPs, ITP, Checklists, NCRs etc)
- Able to manage "yellow plant" onsite
- Must be a very hands on person
- ensure compliance with all time and attendance (time sheets, shift roster requirements, looking after company assets (vehicles, tools, PPE etc)
- Attending all meetings (quality, safety, progress etc)
- Co-ordinating all technical issues onsite. Liaison between Client and Head Office and ensuring all matters are resolved.
- Attending to all quality and compliance issues relating to the contract onsite.
- Onsite contract administration

**Salary**: R140.00 - R200.00 per hour
