The Draftsman is responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for the production of woodworking products. This includes determining the most efficient use of materials and ensuring that the design meets all applicable standards and regulations. The Draftsman works closely with the production team to ensure that the plans are feasible and will result in a high-quality product.

Review design specifications and determine the most efficient use of materials.
Create detailed technical drawings and plans for the production of woodworking products.
Ensure that the plans meet all applicable standards and regulations.
Work with the production team to ensure that the plans are feasible and will result in a high-quality product.
Keep up to date with new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that designs meet customer requirements.
Provide technical support to the production team, including answering questions and resolving any design issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all designs and plans.
Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualification & Experience:
Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software / Auto-cad.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
