**Role Description**:
Provides technical support in electrical and mechanical maintenance of underground mining equipment. Maintains and repairs machines and equipment to achieve reliability, availability, cost efficiency and performance. Must be able to work independently - not part of a service team.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 / N3 Technical Qualification.
- Section 13 Trade Certificate (Millwright/ Earthmoving/ Diesel/ Electrical).
- Basic computer literacy
- English proficiency
- Relevant experience in an underground environment - Must Have.
- Medically fit.
- Valid Driver’s Licence.

**Knowledge / Skills**:

- Electrical, mechanical and maintenance of underground mining equipment.
- Preventive maintenance, perform corrective actions, support planning and preparation.
- Conduct Risk Assessments, Shift Reporting, and Incident Reporting.
- Work in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Comply with all safe work operation practices.
