Tasks include:
Responsible for compiling monthly management accounts for a Portfolio of Complexes and HOA’s. Income Statement and Balance Sheet.

Invoice capturing

Processing ad hoc and recurring payments

Processing journal entries where necessary

Reconciliation of each entities bank account

Allocation of receipts from the imported bank statements

Processing wages and salaries of the Complexes through Sage Payroll

Monthly EMP201 SARS submissions

Annual and Bi-annual SARS recons

Preparing audit files to be sent to auditors

Creating new owner accounts and reconciliation between new and old owners accounts with Pro Rata charges where appropriate.

Monthly owner levy billing, make necessary adjustments on the system where levies or recoveries need to be changed

Minimum Matric with accounting or finance related diploma / degree

At least 2 years experience as a Bookkeeper

Bookkeeping experience in the property management industry will be advantageous

Clean credit and criminal record

Valid Drivers Licence

Good health

Weconnectu System experience will be advantageous

Highly developed organisational and interpersonal skills

Strong Independent Initiative. Self starter. Able to work under pressure

Maturity to handle a range of Situations. Ability to multitask

A meticulous and thorough nature and an ability to work to tight deadlines

Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality

An understanding of the Sectional Title Scheme Management Act, Companies Act, Property law will be advantageous.

Strong Financial background and understanding

**Salary**: From R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Somerset West, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
