**Assistant Manager (Event Venue, Restaurant & Accommodation)**

**This position is an on-site position in Yzerfontein.**

**We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Manager in completing activities related to the venue, accommodation, and restaurant operations, ensuring that the business runs as smoothly as possible. The Assistant Manager will oversee all aspects of the business and ensure that tasks are completed. The Assistant Manager will report directly to the Manager.**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12.
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar environment with strong customer relations experience.

**The Key Functional responsibilities**:

- Overseeing all events and activities.
- Monitor tasks of personnel and workers.
- Set goals and targets for each employee.
- Make sure events are all well organised.
- Problem solving.
- Maintenance of venue.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout property, events, and restaurant.
- Inspect and document repairs and cleanliness of property to ensure optimum upkeep and repair, room cleanliness and overall property appearance.
- Monitor monthly inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Weekly stock takes checks.
- Oversee planning of special events.
- Ensure property is safe and locked and that all stock at bar are accounted for.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
